Garrett has taught and coached improv all over the world. He has led workshops for influencers, actors, business people, and, of course, improvisors. He's taught workshops in Iceland, Lebanon, London, Edinburgh, Australia, India, and across the US.
At Smosh he developed improv programs to help performers create characters and loosen up before shooting improv-based shows. In Iceland he developed and taught a 2 week improv program for the performers at the Freezer Hostel and Cultural Center.Â
He developed a program for businesses and taught it to students at the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark. In Portland, OR, he created and taught workshops to various corporate entities for team bonding, communication skills, and creative exercises.
In Portland, OR, he taught all levels of improv, coached highly successful teams, and co-founded Kickstand Comedy Theater with Dylan Reiff. In Los Angeles he developed and taught a class on a modified version of one of his favorite forms, JTS Brown, at WE Improv.
